1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed promptly within 24 hours of receipt. Please allow up to 72 hours for your order to be fully prepared, packed, and dispatched from our global warehouse. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
International shipping prices vary by territory, and the exact shipping fees for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Customers may need to pay an additional shipping fee for remote area addresses.
- Standard International Shipping: Typically takes 5 to 10 working days for delivery to your destination, depending on your location.
Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, severe weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will become active within 24 to 48 hours, allowing you to monitor your package’s journey.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Shipments sent outside of our global warehouse are sold exclusive of tax and may be subject to import duties and taxes, which may be levied once a shipment reaches your country. All charges for customs clearance are the customer’s responsibility. We have no control over these charges and unfortunately, we are unable to predict what they may be. 5. Damages and Lost Packages
Anime Phone Cover takes great care in packaging your items securely. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or local post office. If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us for further assistance.
