At AnimePhoneCover.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines our terms for returns, refunds, and exchanges to ensure a transparent and hassle-free shopping experience.

1. Order Cancellation

We process orders quickly to get your favourite anime phone cases to you as soon as possible.

Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order without penalty within 24 hours of purchase.

Post-24 Hours: Once the 24-hour window has passed, orders are sent to fulfilment and cannot be cancelled.

2. Returns & Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns or process refunds.

Qualifying Issues for Return:

Sizing/Model Error: The case received does not fit the phone model selected at checkout.
Incorrect Item: You received a different design or product than what was ordered.
Defects: Visible damage, misprints, or manufacturing defects.
Change of Mind: You are not completely satisfied with your purchase (subject to conditions below).

Note: Many of our products are handmade, and small variations in colour, pattern, or finish are considered normal and do not qualify as defects. Custom orders and clearance products are final sales and cannot be returned.

Return Conditions:

Usage	Must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
Packaging	Original tags and packaging must be attached and intact.
Proof	Must include original receipt or digital order confirmation.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, please follow these steps:

Receive Instructions: Our customer service team will review your request and send you return shipping instructions.
Ship Your Item: Pack your item securely and ship it to the address provided.
Track Your Return: Use the tracking number provided by your courier to monitor your return shipment.

Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please do not ship items back without contacting us first.

4. Shipping & Costs

Defective/Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product, or damage caused by us), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. AnimePhoneCover.com covers all shipping costs for confirmed errors.
Other Authorized Returns: For returns due to change of mind or ordering the wrong model, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees and assumes risk during transit. Please retain your proof of shipping for your records.
Original Shipping Cost: We do not refund the original shipping fee for items that have already been delivered.
Customs Duties and Taxes: We cannot refund import duties, taxes, or customs charges collected upon delivery. Please contact your local Customs authority to request a refund for these fees.

5. Refund Processing

Inspection: Once we receive your return at our workshop, please allow 5 to 7 business days for us to inspect the item and notify you via email of the refund status.
Payment Method: If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Timeline: Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 7 to 14 business days for funds to appear in your account.

6. Product Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size, need a case for a different phone model, or would like a different design, we offer exchanges.
