At Anime Phone Cover, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process. Please review our policy below to understand your options and our procedures.

1. Return Period

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item. This means you have 30 days to initiate a return request. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns or process refunds.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unworn and unused
  • Original tags must be attached and intact
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • You must have your receipt or proof of purchase

Please note: Many of our products are handmade, and small variations in colour, pattern, or finish are considered normal and do not qualify as defects. Custom orders and clearance products are final sales and cannot be returned.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, please follow these steps:

  2. Receive instructions: Our customer service team will review your request and send you return shipping instructions
  3. Ship your item: Pack your item securely and ship it to the address provided
  4. Track your return: Use the tracking number provided to monitor your return shipment

Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please do not ship items back without contacting us first.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product, or damage caused by us). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. Please retain your proof of shipping for your records.

5. Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size, need a case for a different phone model, or would like a different design, we offer exchanges. Simply contact us at [email protected] with your request. Once we receive and inspect your return at our workshop, we will send your replacement item promptly.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care to ensure all items arrive in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the damage or defect and your order number.

Upon verification, we will either send a replacement item at no cost or process a full refund. We will also provide a prepaid return shipping label for the damaged item.

7. Refund Processing

Once we receive your return at our workshop, we will inspect the item and notify you via email of the refund status within 5 to 7 business days. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Refund Timeline: Please allow 7 to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company’s processing time.

8. What Is Not Refunded

Please note the following regarding refunds:

  • Original shipping cost: We do not refund the original shipping fee for items that have already been delivered
  • Customs duties and taxes: We cannot refund import duties, taxes, or customs charges collected upon delivery. Please contact your local Customs authority to request a refund for these fees
