How do I know which size to order for my phone?
Use our Size Guide page to find your exact phone model. Each product page also lists compatible models. If you’re unsure, contact our support team with your phone model and we’ll help you choose the right fit.
Are your phone covers wireless charging compatible?
Most of our standard covers support wireless charging. Thicker covers (like our Ultra Protection series) may require cover removal for wireless charging. This information is clearly marked on each product page
What materials are your covers made from?
We use high-quality TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) and polycarbonate materials. These provide excellent protection while maintaining vibrant print quality and flexibility for easy installation.
Are the designs officially licensed?
We work with independent artists who create original artwork inspired by anime. Our designs are artistic interpretations and tributes, not official merchandise.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days within the continental US. Express shipping (2-3 business days) and overnight options are available at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States and to Canada. We’re working on expanding to more countries soon!
Can I track my order?
Yes! You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can also track orders through your account dashboard.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What's your return policy?
We offer 30-day returns for unused items in original packaging. Custom orders are final sale. See our full Returns Policy for details.
What if my cover doesn't fit properly?
If you received the wrong size or there’s a manufacturing defect, we’ll send a replacement at no charge. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Can I exchange for a different design?
A: Yes, within 30 days for unworn items. You’ll pay shipping for the return, and we’ll ship the new design free.
CARE & MAINTENANCE
How do I clean my anime cases?
Gently wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the print.
Will the design fade over time?
Our high-quality printing process ensures long-lasting designs. Normal wear may cause slight fading after 12+ months of heavy use
